"I just wanted to share my experience with one of the agents, Bridget Keneson. She was absolutely sweet as could be. I just turned 25 and was shopping for auto quotes. Literally the next day, Bridget reached out to me. I was unable to call during the day but she went ahead and sent me a quote to look over. She emailed, texted, called consistently and was totally flexible around my schedule which I so appreciated. Further into our conversation, she actually advised me that I should go through my fiancé's insurance agent as he has State Farm to get a better discount, as we are under the same household as well. I can't thank her enough for guiding me on that so I could get the best policy possible. So although I did not end up getting it directly through this agency, Bridget's customer service, constant communication and expertise helped me be able to get started with this process very quickly.
